As a Cutter Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the proper preparation and maintenance of knives for cut changes, monitoring cutting equipment, and helping maintain the highest product quality standards. Pay & Compensation:

Starting at $24.85 per hour
Bonus eligibility
Hourly pay differential for applicable shifts

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Operate cutter deck and related equipment safely and efficiently
Perform preventative maintenance and routine checks on machinery
Collect samples and inspect products to meet quality requirements
Monitor water levels, process control data, and by-product recovery systems
Maintain cleanliness and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Communicate production and quality updates to supervisors
Actively participate in safety programs, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

📌 Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience: Related experience/training (1–3 months minimum preferred)
Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Commitment to safety and quality processes
