What You’ll Do

As a barista at The Mill, your role is diverse, exciting, and central to the café’s success. Key responsibilities include:

Greeting customers with a friendly smile and welcoming presence
Preparing a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, with latte art as a standard
Serving orders while maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards
Assisting with café clean-up and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store

Who We’re Looking For
