About the Role

As a Client Onboarding Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring their transition into our systems is seamless and accurate. You’ll coordinate directly with clients and internal teams to validate project details, maintain accurate records, and facilitate a smooth handoff to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients into the company CMS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

  • Validate bills of materials (BOM) and agreed-upon services directly with clients.

  • Confirm initial project details, requirements, and expectations.

  • Maintain clear, organized documentation throughout the onboarding process.

  • Coordinate handoffs between clients, sales, and project managers (including 70% face-to-face calls with clients).

  • Act as a reliable, client-facing contact during the onboarding phase.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, project coordination, customer success, or account support.

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Cloud and other CRM systems.

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, able to interact with both clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
