Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst at Legence, you will:

Partner with Finance colleagues and business leaders across the company

Support communication with investors, sell-side analysts, and lenders

Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Prepare investor materials, SEC filings, and presentations

Conduct market research, benchmarking, and peer analysis

Track shareholder analytics and market trends to inform engagement strategies

Key Responsibilities
Investor Materials & Engagement:

Draft presentations, press releases, earnings call scripts, and FAQs

Assist with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related disclosures

Support investor meetings, roadshows, and conference logistics
Financial Analysis & Forecasting:

Monitor variances between actual results and forecasts

Maintain financial models for scenario planning

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
Internal & Board Support:

Prepare materials for monthly/quarterly reviews and Board meetings

Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Communications teams

Assist with ad hoc projects on capital markets and strategic initiatives
Qualifications & Skills

2–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate FP&A, Private Equity)

BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CapIQ, IR Insight, OneStream, or PowerBI is a plus

Knowledge of manufacturing, construction engineering, or related industries is preferred

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex financial data to diverse audiences
