Job Type: Part-time, 10–30 hours/week (1099 contractor)

Compensation: $80 per 60-minute session, including intake and follow-up, plus 2 hours per month for administrative work
Key Responsibilities

Provide tele-therapy sessions for patients across the reproductive lifecycle

Conduct psychological intakes to gather detailed assessments and inform treatment planning

Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, including treatment recommendations for medical providers and psychiatric consultants

Modify treatment plans for patients requiring more specialized care

Develop and deliver Care Plans with actionable steps and follow-up recommendations
Qualifications

Active mental health license in Illinois (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC)

Ability to practice independently without supervision

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with perinatal, postpartum, or peri/menopause patients is preferred
-
Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) or other peri/menopause treatment certifications are recommended but not required
