  • Expertise in recruitment technologies, ATS management, and data analysis.

  • A deep understanding of market trends, compliance, and multi-site hiring.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required, and a demonstrated track record of building high-performing recruitment teams is highly valued.
