What You Bring to the Table
Everise is looking for leaders who combine strategic vision with executional excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

8–10 years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including senior leadership roles.

Experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in BPO or contact center environments.

Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

Expertise in recruitment technologies, ATS management, and data analysis.

A deep understanding of market trends, compliance, and multi-site hiring.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required, and a demonstrated track record of building high-performing recruitment teams is highly valued.
