Role Overview
As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will partner closely with Sales and Strategy teams to drive revenue growth by owning day-to-day retail execution across key online marketplaces. You will manage listings, promotions, deals, and retailer-native sponsored solutions while ensuring all programs launch accurately and on time.
Serving as a primary client contact, you’ll translate complex sales data, dashboard insights, and performance reports into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

Drive eCommerce revenue growth through strong retail execution and operational excellence

Manage daily operations across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other marketplaces

Launch and maintain listings, promotions, deals, and sponsored solutions

Forecast investment and performance in partnership with sales and strategy teams

Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion, share of shelf, availability, and inventory health

Analyze sales and performance dashboard reports to identify optimization opportunities

Execute platform-level changes to improve performance

Own ongoing retail reporting and data analysis for clients and internal teams

Collaborate cross-functionally with media, analytics, and strategy teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

1–2+ years of experience in eCommerce or retail operations

Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, or Target tools

Strong sales data analysis and reporting skills

Experience working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance metrics

Understanding of core retail KPIs (sales, conversion rate, ROAS, inventory health)

Excellent communication and client management skills
