Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategy for wealth management & FinTech

  • Drive revenue growth through direct selling and team leadership

  • Partner with marketing, alliances, and product teams

  • Manage complex B2B SaaS sales cycles and close strategic deals

  • Establish scalable sales processes and performance metrics

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of sales management experience

  • 3+ years leading B2B SaaS or financial services sales teams

  • Proven success in team development and revenue growth

  • Strong executive communication and coaching skills

  • Data-driven, player-coach leadership style
