Key Responsibilities

Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team

Build and execute go-to-market strategy for wealth management & FinTech

Drive revenue growth through direct selling and team leadership

Partner with marketing, alliances, and product teams

Manage complex B2B SaaS sales cycles and close strategic deals

Establish scalable sales processes and performance metrics
Required Experience

6+ years of sales management experience

3+ years leading B2B SaaS or financial services sales teams

Proven success in team development and revenue growth

Strong executive communication and coaching skills
