🗂️ Job Responsibilities
As a Multimedia Assistant in Special Collections, you will work closely with senior archival staff to preserve and provide access to important historical materials.
Key Duties Include:

Responding to written reference and research inquiries
-
Assisting with reproduction requests for photos, audio, and video
-
Retrieving, digitizing, and organizing archival files
-
Maintaining accurate file naming and statistical records
-
Processing physical and digital photograph collections
-
Arranging and describing archival materials using standard practices
-
Assisting with outreach projects (exhibits, social media, events)
-
Supporting other archival and library tasks as assigned
