  • Part-time

  • Day shift only

  • Monday to Friday

  • Work hours fall between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Regular weekly schedule required

  • Minimum commitment of two academic semesters

As a Multimedia Assistant in Special Collections, you will work closely with senior archival staff to preserve and provide access to important historical materials.

Key Duties Include:

  • Responding to written reference and research inquiries

  • Assisting with reproduction requests for photos, audio, and video

  • Retrieving, digitizing, and organizing archival files

  • Maintaining accurate file naming and statistical records

  • Processing physical and digital photograph collections

  • Arranging and describing archival materials using standard practices

  • Assisting with outreach projects (exhibits, social media, events)

  • Supporting other archival and library tasks as assigned
