Job Overview

Petco is hiring a Part-Time Operations Generalist to support daily store operations at its Topsham Fair Mall Road location. This is an in-store (not remote) role that focuses on inventory management, merchandising, cashier duties, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Schedule: Evenings and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

Maintain inventory across the entire Pet Care Center
Stock, price, and display merchandise properly
Process cash register transactions accurately
Handle customer inquiries and refer concerns to leadership when needed
Support guest interactions using Petco’s selling model
Clean and maintain a safe, organized store environment
Assist with truck unloading and shelf stocking
Support animal care procedures to promote pet health
Complete required training programs and special projects
Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines
