Key Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all restaurant operations, including:

Analyzing and developing budgets to maximize restaurant profitability

Determining food, ingredient, alcohol, and supply costs

Monitoring daily operations and staff performance

Adjusting menu pricing and food preparation methods based on budget analysis

Monitoring revenues and controlling labour costs

Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff (5–10 employees)

Conducting performance reviews and enforcing workplace standards

Balancing cash, preparing reports, and maintaining financial records

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations

Managing inventory and negotiating with suppliers

Handling customer complaints and delivering excellent customer service

Participating in marketing initiatives and managing special events

Negotiating catering services or facility usage with clients
