Key Responsibilities
As a Care & Transition Assistant, you’ll work as part of a small, supportive team to:

Assist seniors and families with downsizing, relocation, and estate transitions

Organize, sort, and pack/unpack household items in homes or senior living communities

Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal

Follow company standards for professionalism, safety, and client care
Important: This is not a mover role. You will not be handling furniture or items over 25 pounds.
