Core Responsibilities
Own All Inbound DMs & Comments

Respond to Instagram DMs and comments in real time.

Turn casual comments into meaningful conversations.

Maintain the SkyAccess brand tone: confident, clear, and premium.
Qualify Intent & Needs

Ask the right questions quickly to understand route, dates, group size, and flexibility.

Filter low-intent inquiries efficiently while keeping interactions smooth.
Match & Present Flight Options

Find relevant flights in SkyAccess inventory.
-
Present 1–3 best options clearly in writing.

Explain differences in aircraft, timing, and pricing simply and professionally.
Drive Conversion in DMs

Share booking links directly.
-
Handle objections and answer questions via chat.

Follow up until the customer books or clearly declines.
Own the Handoff to Sales (When Needed)

Escalate only complex or high-value requests.

Ensure smooth handoff with full context and zero drop-off.
Follow-Up & Pipeline Discipline

Track every conversation to resolution.

Prevent dead threads and forgotten leads.

Take ownership of outcomes, not excuses.
Key Metrics You’ll Own

DM response quality and speed.

Conversion from DM → booking click.

Customer clarity and confidence.

Clean handoff or clean close of inquiries.
Important Note: This is not a traditional support role—it is a sales-focused position with full ownership of the DM sales pipeline.
Experience & Skills Required

1–3+ years selling via DMs or chat.

Experience with Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, or similar platforms.

Background in luxury, travel, hospitality, real estate, or high-ticket sales is a strong plus.

Proven ability to close deals without phone calls.
Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with private aviation or marketplaces.

Compensation & Work Setup

Pay: $500 – $1,500 per month.
