Key Responsibilities

Build and lead project controls teams to ensure adherence to company standards and project timelines.

Oversee project controls on large construction projects, including cost control, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.

Conduct audits of project control systems, deliverables, and procedures.

Develop change order and variance logs, monitor budgets, commitments, actuals, forecasts, and cash flow.

Apply KPIs, contingency management, earned value principles, productivity tracking, and schedule analysis.

Provide presentations to management and clients on project performance and status.

Communicate effectively across teams, resolving conflicts and aligning stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Who Should Apply
