Role Overview
As an HIS Operational SME, you will ensure that Parallon standards are maintained during HIS installations and upgrades impacting PTAC processes. You will identify opportunities for standardization, productivity enhancements, and cost reduction, while serving as a liaison between BPG Corporate, service centers, IT&S Product Development, and facility PTAC personnel.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership during system installations and upgrades to optimize scheduling and registration processes.

Drive decision-making for application and process improvements across multiple facilities.

Participate in testing cycles including functional, unit, regression, and user acceptance testing.

Support role-based training and evaluate end-users for proper system usage.

Monitor performance indicators, identify risks and opportunities, and implement best practices.

Develop documentation, implementation plans, and management reports to ensure operational alignment with budget and process requirements.
Qualifications

Education: B.S. in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Experience: 5+ years in financial, operational, or system processes related to AR management, scheduling, or registration.

Skills: Strong knowledge of hospital operations, revenue cycle management, stakeholder communication, and system implementation.
