Responsibilities
As a Line Cook at The Lodge, your role will include:

Preparing and executing menu items according to established recipes and standards.

Following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean and organized workstation.

Collaborating with the culinary team to develop, refine, and innovate recipes.

Monitoring inventory, maintaining freshness, and minimizing waste.

Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste for every guest.

Assisting in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Supporting seamless service by coordinating with servers and other kitchen staff.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

1–3 years of experience as a line cook in an upscale concept or equivalent culinary environment.

Knowledge and experience in food preparation, cooking, sanitation procedures, and food safety.

Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
