Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure a pleasant guest experience by providing high-quality service according to department guest service standards. Team members greet guests, assist with seating, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Service / Restaurant Attendant, your duties will include:

Greeting guests with friendly arrival and departure comments
Seating guests according to business flow
Assisting guests with cashless kiosks when needed
Sharing event and promotional information upon request
Clearing dishes and resetting tables efficiently
Cleaning and stocking wait stations
Transporting carts to and from the dish room
Emptying garbage and refilling milk machines, soda boxes, and supplies
Completing assigned cleaning tasks
Communicating business flow updates to supervisors

Training Provided

All selected candidates will receive required training, including:

Treasure Island Guest Service Training
Bloodborne Pathogens Training
Additional position-specific training as assigned by the department manager

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity and stamina, including:

Standing and walking for up to 8 hours
Bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and twisting
Pushing, pulling, and grasping objects regularly
Lifting 25+ pounds independently
Performing repetitive hand and wrist motions
Maintaining good balance and hand-eye coordination

Work Environment

Primarily restaurant-based, with occasional work on the gaming floor
Exposure to flashing lights, loud noises, and cigarette smoke
