My Epic Gear is a modern ski and snowboard gear membership that gives guests access to 60+ premium gear models without the hassle of ownership. Delivery Specialists play a key role by delivering, fitting, and explaining gear usage directly at hotels and residences—managed through the My Epic app.

Job Responsibilities

As a Delivery Specialist, your duties include:

Reviewing reservations and preparing ski/snowboard gear
Delivering equipment to hotels, lodges, and guest residences
Driving company vehicles safely in winter conditions
Fitting gear and explaining safe usage to guests
Answering customer questions about My Epic Gear
Using technology to track orders and inventory
Communicating with managers and team members
Acting as manager on duty when assigned

This role requires independence, responsibility, and excellent customer service skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

Be 18 years or older
Hold a valid Driver’s License
Have a satisfactory motor vehicle record
Be comfortable driving in snow, winter weather, nighttime, and heavy traffic
Enjoy outdoor work and physical activity
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Stand and work outside for up to 8 hours
Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Experience in driving, customer service, or outdoor jobs is a plus but not required.
