The Role: Your Responsibilities

As a Support Engineer, you will be the calm, solution-driven expert that customers rely on. Your main responsibilities include:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the first point of contact and handle 2nd line escalations

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, Wi-Fi, VLAN, and cloud integration issues

  • Analyse device data and resolve incidents efficiently

  • Ensure fast response times and consistent follow-ups

Customer & Partner Interaction

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and partners

Process & Collaboration
