The Role: Your Responsibilities
As a Support Engineer, you will be the calm, solution-driven expert that customers rely on. Your main responsibilities include:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Serve as the first point of contact and handle 2nd line escalations

Troubleshoot hardware, software, Wi-Fi, VLAN, and cloud integration issues

Analyse device data and resolve incidents efficiently

Ensure fast response times and consistent follow-ups
Customer & Partner Interaction

Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and partners

Guide users through solutions in high-stress situations

Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams
Process & Collaboration

Maintain accurate documentation and internal knowledge bases

Work with 3rd line engineering for complex technical escalations

On-Call Duties
