What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)

1. Craft and Own Positioning

Turn Portless’ unique advantages into messaging that resonates with founders, operators, and logistics teams. Your words will shape how brands perceive next-gen fulfillment—clear, differentiated, and compelling.

2. Lead All Go-to-Market (GTM) Launches

From new features to new regions, you’ll orchestrate the teams that bring innovations to life. Product, Sales, RevOps, Customer Success—everyone will depend on your direction to hit adoption and revenue goals.

3. Empower Revenue Teams

You’ll build:

  • Pitch decks

  • Battle cards

  • Playbooks

  • Competitive narratives

Your output will help sales close more deals and help account managers expand accounts more effectively.

4. Drive Adoption & Expansion

Plan and optimize campaigns across web, email, partnerships, and in-product channels to lift activation, reduce friction, and create natural pathways for upsell.

5. Champion Market Intelligence

You’ll lead win/loss analysis, run customer interviews, study competitors, and inform pricing and positioning. Your insights will shape the product roadmap and GTM strategy.

6. Own Metrics That Matter

Feature adoption. Attach-rate. ARR contribution. Launch performance.
You’re not just crafting messaging—you’re accountable for the numbers behind it.

What You Bring to the Table

Portless is looking for someone who blends strategic thinking, execution strength, and customer obsession. The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience (SaaS, logistics tech, or e-commerce enablement preferred)

  • A track record of launches that moved revenue

  • Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives

  • Deep understanding of buyer personas, segmentation, and GTM fundamentals

  • Experience designing full-funnel GTM campaigns

  • Skills in customer research: interviews, surveys, data analysis

  • Excellent storytelling—concise, persuasive, no corporate fluff

  • Low-ego, collaborative working style

  • Comfort working fast and independently

Bonus points if you have experience with AI workflows, cross-border logistics, fulfillment, Shopify ecosystems, or revenue operations tools like Gong or HubSpot.
