Role Overview: Product Designer (UX/UI)

As a Product Designer at Deel, you’ll be responsible for crafting world-class user experiences across their HR, payroll, compliance, and workforce management platform.

You’ll work on products used by global teams — from employees to employers to administrators — ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze user pain points and business needs
Create elegant and impactful design solutions
Present and explain design decisions clearly
Define logic, acceptance criteria, and usability requirements
Take full ownership of your work — from ideation to release
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
Design across multiple platforms including employee and employer portals
Build/update components in the Design System (Figma)
Contribute to end-to-end development and QA

This is a role for designers who want full ownership, real impact, and the ability to influence large-scale global systems.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need:

4–5 years of experience in end-to-end product design (web & mobile)
Strong background in UX and UI
Experience building or maintaining design systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Comfort working independently within a development team
Experience contributing across the full product lifecycle
Strong execution skills combined with high-quality craft
