Job Overview

Position: Manager I (MGRI)
Pay: $20.49–$25.05/hour
Shift: Rotating schedule

As a Manager I, you’ll assist branch management in running daily operations, ensuring the restaurant is clean, fully staffed, and operating to high standards. You’ll also monitor wellness and safety, maintain equipment, handle cash, and ensure associates follow company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise associates during all shifts (opening, busy periods, and closing)
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Manage scheduling, task assignments, and coverage
Participate in hiring, training, promotions, and performance management
Maintain a clean, visually appealing restaurant environment
Handle cash, invoices, and ordering as needed
Promote a positive, safe workplace culture

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years in food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service
At least 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant/kitchen
Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
Ability to communicate clearly with staff and customers
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including openings, busy periods, and closings
