💼 Job Overview

As part of the Cleaning and Sanitation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the factory, staff areas, and surrounding premises are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a full-time role, offering a monthly salary between $1,500 – $1,800.

🧹 Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Sanitation

Perform daily sweeping and mopping across production and staff areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock essential supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly throughout the facility.
Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as required.
Ensure cleanliness across multiple factory locations as directed.

Exterior & Grounds Maintenance

Sweep walkways, parking lots, and surrounding areas.
Keep entryways clear of litter and debris for a welcoming and safe environment.

Health & Safety

Follow company health and safety procedures, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Keep walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.

Ad-Hoc Duties

Carry out additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors.

✅ Job Requirements

Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work (manufacturing or industrial settings preferred).
Ability to lift and carry up to 15kg safely.
Comfortable with physical tasks: standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
Willingness to work in a factory environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery.
Strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health Act regulations and company safety policies.
Training and PPE will be provided.
