🔧 Welding Associate Responsibilities

As a Welding Associate, your role will be hands-on, technical, and essential to the quality of our aircraft.

Your key duties include:

Welding Operations – Perform TIG and specialized welding on aircraft components to meet strict aviation standards.
Material Preparation – Cut, grind, and prepare materials to ensure precision and weldability.
Quality Assurance – Inspect welds for cracks, voids, and defects; make necessary adjustments.
Safety & Compliance – Follow aviation safety regulations and use PPE at all times.
Tool & Equipment Maintenance – Keep welding tools calibrated, clean, and in excellent condition.
Collaboration & Documentation – Record processes and work closely with engineers and inspectors.

🎓 What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge of welding techniques and materials.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Physical ability to lift and maneuver materials.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical/vocational training in welding.
Welding certifications (TIG or aircraft-related).
Prior experience in aerospace welding.
Familiarity with aviation safety practices.
