As a Structural Welder at Spartan ER, you’ll be at the heart of innovation and safety, performing high-quality welds that meet strict AWS and NFPA standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing welding operations in multiple positions (1G–6G)
Reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols
Inspecting welds for precision, cracks, or imperfections
Using grinders, pneumatic tools, and welding equipment
Maintaining and adjusting welding machines for peak performance
Upholding fire prevention and hazardous waste safety procedures

Your work ensures every apparatus leaves the factory ready to perform in the toughest emergencies.

📌 What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, candidates should bring:

Welding certification (AWS preferred)
1–5+ years of welding experience depending on level (I, II, III)
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Ability to pass welding certification tests in AWS D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.6, and D9.1
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, and work in non-temperature-controlled environments
