🛠️ What You’ll Do as a Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring both the customer experience and team performance are exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading team members during your shift to achieve smooth operations.
Delivering friendly, efficient customer service and resolving any issues quickly.
Managing cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy.
Overseeing food safety and product quality (wrapping, labeling, storing, and preparing food).
Stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
Training and mentoring new hires to meet company and brand standards.
Promoting additional products and services to enhance sales.
Communicating concerns or operational issues to leadership.
