🔑 Position Overview

Job Title: Meat Clerk
Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid work model – presence required at least 3 days per week)

As a Meat Clerk, you’ll provide excellent customer service while preparing, displaying, and maintaining meat products. You’ll ensure the department meets both company standards and Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Prepare and package meat products.
Merchandise and maintain the meat department.
Receive meat orders and handle special product requests.
Assist with training new staff and clerks.
Ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.
Support the Meat Manager and department operations as required.

✅ What You Bring

Education: High School Diploma (or GED).
Experience: Minimum 12 months in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of department operations and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
