✈️ About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be hands-on with CNC and manual machines to restore critical aero-engine turbine airfoil components to their original performance standards. This role is vital to ensuring safety, reliability, and quality in aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC and manual machines for turbine airfoil repair.
Read and interpret blueprints, following both written and verbal instructions.
Use precision measuring instruments to assess product quality.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
Record data, complete documentation, and communicate effectively with the team.
Work on-site in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.

This position requires working 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. shifts and involves frequent movement along the machine line.

🎓 Qualifications

Required:

High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred:

Proficiency with machine tools and precision measuring devices.
Aerospace industry experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
