Salary & Benefits:

Assistant Managers: $37,000 – $45,000 per year (full-time, hourly with overtime available).

General Managers (after promotion): $52,000 – $65,000 per year + performance bonuses.

Job Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll learn the Domino’s way through a 6-week training program and take on responsibilities such as:

Leading and motivating your store team.

Overseeing day-to-day operations (people, sales, operations, and profits).

Training new employees and ensuring high customer service standards.

Maintaining workplace safety, compliance, and a fun team culture.

Ensuring pizzas are made to Domino’s standards and delivered with a smile.

Upholding all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Basic Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred for Assistant Managers & General Managers:

Valid driver’s license (must pass Motor Vehicle Record check).
