Job Overview – Bus Fueler

As a Bus Fueler, you will play an essential role in ensuring that Coach USA buses are ready for daily operations. Your responsibilities will include fueling, cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining vehicles to keep them in safe and reliable condition.

This hands-on role is vital to the efficiency and safety of the fleet, making you a key contributor to Coach USA’s success.

Responsibilities

Fuel and service buses and company vehicles
Clean and maintain vehicles, including steam cleaning engines and servicing lavatories
Check and top up fluids as needed
Inspect for leaks, malfunctions, and tire pressure issues
Record materials used and report to the Maintenance Supervisor
Follow safety protocols and enforce shop rules
Perform additional duties as directed

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, applicants must have:

A valid CDL A/B license with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements
Ability to meet DOT physical qualifications
Clean driving record (no DWI/DUI violations in the last 7 years)
Flexibility in schedule and location
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
