As a Floor Care Associate, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment that enhances the customer experience.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain floor care equipment (scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, mops).
Keep all areas of the store clean, including sales floor, restrooms, associate lounge, and backroom.
Support store recovery and cross-train in multiple departments (Front End, Sales Floor, Backroom).
Adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention standards.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and respectful store culture.
Assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
