💼 Job Overview

As a Machine Operator, you will operate injection molding equipment, ensure smooth production, and maintain quality and safety standards. You’ll also be responsible for troubleshooting, performing maintenance, and keeping accurate production records.

Position: Machine Operator
Location: Pittston, PA (In-person role)
Pay: From $20.50/hour (plus overtime & attendance bonus)
Type: Full-time

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Operate injection molding machines and associated equipment to produce plastic products
Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust machines as needed
Perform material handling and mold changes
Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production records
Support machine start-ups and shut-downs
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company safety procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Mechanical knowledge (required)
Manufacturing experience (required)
Proficiency with hand tools (required)
