⚡ Job Overview

As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll be part of the operations team ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of equipment across high-speed production lines. Your role is critical in keeping production efficient, safe, and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate and test electrical equipment.
Follow and enforce safety rules, sanitation guidelines, and GMP procedures.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems up to 600 volts.
Read, interpret, and correct electrical schematics and block diagrams.
Support daily production scheduling and plant operations.
Work in varying conditions (wet, cold environments, with machinery noise).
Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

🎓 Qualifications

To qualify, candidates should have:

3+ years of industrial/commercial electrical experience, preferably in high-speed production lines.
Knowledge of transformers, schematics, troubleshooting, rigid bending, and diagnostics.
Experience working with Arc Flash safety equipment and electrical certifications.
Strong physical ability – lifting 50lbs, standing/walking the entire shift, working in cold/wet environments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills.

💵 Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $28.08 – $34.09/hour (based on experience)
Journeyman Rate: $40.11/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Union Membership: Local 1 IUOE
