As a Food & Beverage team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every dining experience reflects The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. From maintaining spotless work areas to ensuring impeccable presentation of china, glassware, and silver, your attention to detail will help create a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest.

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, clean equipment, secure areas, restock items, and lock up.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift.
✅ Ensure dishes, silverware, and glassware meet the highest presentation standards.
✅ Follow safety, security, and company policies, including reporting unsafe conditions.
✅ Deliver professional guest interactions with warmth, clarity, and respect.
✅ Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
✅ Support day-to-day operations and complete reasonable tasks as assigned.

🎓 Qualifications

This role is designed for individuals who bring dedication and professionalism, even without prior hospitality experience.

Education: High School diploma or GED (preferred).
Work Experience: None required – training is provided.
Skills: Strong work ethic, ability to follow standards, excellent communication.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work across varied environments, including stairs and slippery surfaces.
