As a Cashier/Associate, you’ll be the face of the store, helping customers with purchases, keeping the location clean and well-stocked, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

Greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
Operating the cash register, handling payments, and ensuring accurate cash control
Promoting sales while maintaining accountability of inventory and store policies
Stocking shelves, coolers, displays, and ensuring the store looks clean and inviting
Maintaining internal areas: checkout counters, fast food stations, restrooms, and storage rooms
Maintaining external areas: sidewalks, pump islands, ice machines, and air machines
Measuring fuel tanks with dip sticks (where applicable)
Supporting team goals to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Following all safety policies and practices to ensure a secure environment

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

Education: High school diploma or GED (Required)
Customer Service: Previous experience required
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older
Flexibility: Open to working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Ability: Lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to multitask
Reliability and teamwork mindset
