Handle all sales transactions with accuracy, including daily till opening and closing.
Manage outstanding payments, deposits, credit notes, and gift certificates.
Generate and validate invoices, including Web-to-Shop orders.
Prepare daily sales reports and update traffic charts.
Answer phone calls and assist with stock enquiries.
Maintain customer profiles in the CRM database.
Ensure cashier areas are tidy, well-stocked, and organized.
Provide support on the shop floor, including wrapping, packing, and serving beverages.
Liaise with the IT department in case of system issues.
Brief customers on mall promotions when necessary.
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by management.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Form 5 or above.
Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar role is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in cashier systems.
- Reliable, hardworking, detail-minded, and service-oriented.
- Well-organized with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Languages:
- Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of English and Mandarin.
