Internship Overview
As a Program Evaluator Intern, you will join the Research & Evaluation team and play a key role in measuring the impact of Passion for Life programs. You will help design evaluation methodologies, analyze data, and document behavioral and outcome-based changes in participating students.
This role allows interns to contribute meaningfully to organizational strategy while gaining valuable nonprofit research experience.
Key Responsibilities

Design and support data collection tools such as surveys, pre/post-tests, assessments, and interview guides

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate program outcomes

Analyze collected data to identify program impact, trends, and improvement areas

Assist with monitoring, reporting, and documentation of program changes

Prepare evaluation reports, presentations, and outcome summaries for stakeholders

Support proposal writing and evaluation planning

Conduct and analyze interviews with volunteer coaches and leadership
Skills & Qualifications
This internship is ideal for students who:

Are pursuing a degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Sociology, Psychology, Research Development, or related fields

Are currently classified as a Junior or Senior

Have experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods

Possess strong analytical, editing, and proofreading skills

Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Can work independently while collaborating with a remote team

Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects under deadlines
