Role Overview: Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with clients, system integrators, and internal teams to deliver integrated technical solutions—particularly those involving HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). You will define technical requirements, manage integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time project delivery.

This role blends technical consulting, implementation, and project management, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of technology and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and system integrators to deliver integrated solutions on schedule

  • Serve as a technical escalation point, identifying issues and driving resolution

  • Collaborate with senior team members to remove technical and project roadblocks

  • Work with Product Management and Development teams to onboard new customers

  • Coordinate with internal and external project managers to meet delivery milestones

  • Support technical discovery for Sales Engineers, Account Management, and Sales teams

Skills, Education & Experience Required

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical consulting or related roles

  • Proven experience managing multiple complex, technology-driven projects

  • Strong background in technical project management

  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, or similar systems (preferred)

  • Working knowledge of SOAP, REST, SQL, and XML

  • Basic understanding of server and networking infrastructure

  • Strong knowledge of system integrations and supporting technologies
