🧾 Job Overview: Behavior Technician (Part-Time)

Behavior Technicians work directly with children and teens with autism, helping them build essential life and communication skills through play-based learning and positive reinforcement.

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Evenings & weekends as needed

Work Setting:

  • Primarily in clients’ homes

  • Some sessions in local centers

🪪 Profile Insights & License Requirement

  • Valid Driver’s License (required)

  • Reliable vehicle and insurance

This position is ideal for candidates comfortable traveling between client locations and working independently in home-based settings.

🎓 Education & Experience Requirements

You qualify if you meet one of the following:

  • High school diploma plus 12+ months experience working with children, OR

  • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field plus 6+ months experience working with children

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to pass background and health checks
