The Role: Loan Officer
As a Loan Officer at IHL, you’ll be responsible for building and managing your sales pipeline, leveraging your network, and maximizing lead sources. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work in-office or remotely, offering high earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities

Manage sales pipeline, prospecting, and lead generation to meet or exceed revenue goals

Engage with clients, realtors, builders, and accountants to provide mortgage solutions

Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships

Utilize provided leads and marketing resources to drive growth

Demonstrate integrity, discipline, and a “will to win” attitude in every interaction

Cross-sell additional mortgage products where applicable

Work extended hours to meet client needs and sales targets
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required (4-year degree preferred but not required)

Minimum 2 years of sales experience

Strong skills in sales pipeline management, prospecting, and lead generation

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

Ability to handle time constraints and work independently
