About the Role

As a Project Manager with E-Logic, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and government stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

Project Oversight & Coordination

Assign resources, maintain organizational lines of authority, and ensure effective task execution.
Lead development and tracking of project milestones, schedules, and deliverables aligned with federal requirements.
Maintain active communication with Contracting Officers, CORs, TPOCs, and government program managers.
Promote team continuity, retention strategies, and knowledge transfer.

Reporting & Compliance

Report on project activities, progress, risks, SLAs, costs, and security vulnerabilities.
Oversee and maintain the Management Portal using Google Workspace tools.
Support audit readiness, compliance checks, and adherence to federal security policies.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with government stakeholders and internal teams.
Facilitate cooperation and communication between E-Logic, subcontractors, and government representatives.
Identify potential issues and provide recommended resolutions.
Ensure contractor contributions meet ethical, professional, and performance standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience; federal experience preferred.
Experience managing large IT programs involving operations, software development, DevSecOps, or cloud environments.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Project, Smartsheet, and collaborative documentation tools.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust or federal suitability clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
Experience delivering federal government contract deliverables (MSRs, QCP, transition plans).
Familiarity with GSA, FAS, or acquisition systems.
Experience in DevSecOps environments, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies.
