Role Overview

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a national social strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will work across multiple platforms—including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels—to create a cohesive social ecosystem that supports both national branding and local franchise needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Build a comprehensive social media strategy tailored for national brand building and local lead generation.
Establish content infrastructure, including brand voice guidelines, content pillars, editorial calendars, and performance measurement frameworks.
Implement HubSpot social architecture for centralized publishing, lead attribution, and ROI tracking.
Develop franchise enablement systems, providing templates, playbooks, and guidance for 60+ locations to execute localized campaigns consistently.
Track performance with dashboards monitoring engagement, conversions, cost per lead, and revenue influence.
Integrate efforts with external agencies for coordinated campaign execution.

Success Metrics in the First Year:

Establish a national social presence generating qualified, attributed leads.
Achieve 80%+ franchise adoption of social media playbooks and systems.
Implement HubSpot attribution to measure social media’s influence on revenue.
Deliver top-tier performance metrics compared to home services industry benchmarks.

Qualifications Required

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

5+ years of social media management experience with measurable business outcomes.
Proven ability to scale social programs for multi-location or franchise businesses.
HubSpot proficiency: social publishing, marketing automation, attribution modeling, and analytics.
Expertise across Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages, TikTok for Business, and emerging platforms.
Exceptional writing skills for storytelling and performance-driven marketing.
Data-driven mindset with proven ROI-focused results.
Experience managing paid social campaigns, budgets, and optimizations.
Ability to balance national brand consistency with local relevance.

Preferred: Home services, construction, lifestyle, or B2C brand experience, HubSpot Social Media Marketing certification, and experience in franchise or dealer network environments.
