The Role: Account Manager – Tech (Remote)
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, driving customer success, and maximizing lifetime value. This is a full-time remote role with occasional quarterly travel for team meetings and tradeshows, primarily aligned with East Coast Time Zone work hours.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will be a blend of strategic account management, relationship-building, and revenue growth:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify expansion and revenue opportunities within the first 90 days

Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to clients

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive expansion and revenue growth

Manage proactive issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Use AI and workflow optimization tools (Perplexity.ai, Clay.ai) to streamline account management

Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and regular check-ins to demonstrate measurable impact
