Guest Experience & Sales

Greet and engage every guest entering the store

Identify individual beauty needs and recommend suitable products

Handle cashier tasks including sales, refunds, exchanges, and online order support

Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations

Inform guests about promotions, sales events, and loyalty programs

Book appointments and support in-store beauty events
Store Operations

Maintain stocked, signed, and organized product displays

Ensure testers are available and work areas are replenished

Maintain store cleanliness (sales floor, restrooms, backroom, cashwrap)

Support inventory management, shipments, resets, and planograms

Follow loss prevention and asset protection best practices

📌 Job Qualifications
Education:

High school diploma preferred
Experience:

1 year of relevant retail, beauty, or customer service experience preferred

Comfortable with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
