Position Summary
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests. Duties include bagging groceries, assisting customers with carry-out service, retrieving shopping carts, handling bottle returns, and performing cleaning and janitorial tasks as needed. This role helps ensure a positive shopping experience while contributing to the store’s financial success.
Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Services Associate, you will:

Bag groceries using proper techniques and supplies

Provide carry-out assistance and load groceries into customer vehicles

Collect, clean, and organize shopping carts
-
Empty bottle bins and clean bottle machines and return areas
-
Maintain knowledge of product locations throughout the store

Handle spoiled or damaged products according to store guidelines
-
Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized
-
Perform janitorial and cleaning duties as assigned

Follow all PPE, safety, food safety, and cleaning guidelines

Follow guest experience standards at all times

Work independently when needed

Assist in other departments based on customer needs

Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
