Job Responsibilities

As a Psych Registered Nurse (Pediatrics), you will:

Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift
Monitor and report changes in patient status promptly
Perform nursing procedures and administer care as ordered
Document patient care accurately in medical records
Respond quickly to patient and family needs
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Develop individualized treatment plans supporting recovery
Act as an advocate for pediatric patients and their families
Coordinate continuity of care with community support systems

Required Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must have:

✅ Registered Nurse (RN) license
✅ Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of start
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience
✅ Strong communication and patient-care skills
✅ Commitment to pediatric mental health excellence
