Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Channel Manager at Broadvoice, you will:

Recruit & Manage Partners: Identify and onboard productive sales agents and channel partners, providing training and support to help them succeed.

Sales & Negotiation: Attend sales calls, guide partners through the sales cycle, and assist in closing opportunities with end-users.

Partner Education & Differentiation: Ensure partners understand Broadvoice products, processes, and unique value propositions to differentiate from competitors.

Business Planning: Create and execute business plans, set monthly/quarterly revenue targets, and provide timely reporting on partner activities.

Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales operations, and senior team members to align strategies and resolve any issues or escalations.

Brand Advocacy: Promote the Broadvoice brand as a trusted partner and ambassador.
This role may involve travel for business needs, including attending 2–3 industry trade shows per year.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideal candidates will have:

Proven success in CCaaS and UCaaS channel sales

Strong telecommunications industry experience

Exceptional rapport-building and communication skills

Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)

Ability to present to groups both in-person and virtually
