What You’ll Do in This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of daily store operations. This position includes a mix of customer service, cash handling, store upkeep, and food service duties.

Daily Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet customers with a positive attitude
Exceed customer expectations during every visit
Assist with product information and promote 7-Eleven’s loyalty rewards program

Cash Handling & Store Operations

Process cash, card, fuel, and lottery transactions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
Restock shelves, merchandise, and cooler items
Perform cleaning duties as needed to keep the store customer-ready

Food Service & Presentation

Prepare and serve food items including 7-Eleven’s signature coffee
Ensure high standards of food preparation, safety, and presentation
Follow health code regulations and company food safety guidelines
