Key Responsibilities
As a ZITON Administrator, you will:

Provide clerical and organisational support to head office teams

Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and colleagues to support operations

Maintain in-house systems, updating personal information and training certifications

Arrange travel and accommodation for offshore technicians across the UK and Europe

Occasionally work on-site in the UK for up to 1 week

Cover weekend shifts as needed (1 per month)

Manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently while keeping attention to detail
This role requires strong communication skills, both via email, phone, and face-to-face, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
