Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member, your main duties include:

Providing Legendary Customer Service using the GURA process
Running the cash register and computer system
Stocking shelves and unloading freight
Helping customers load merchandise

Caring for poultry and sanitizing tanks
Operating store equipment (forklift, pallet jack, baler — if 18+)

You’ll be active throughout the day, moving, lifting, bending, and helping customers.

Physical Requirements

You should be comfortable with:

Lifting up to 50 lbs
Pushing/pulling up to 2,000 lbs with a pallet jack
Standing and moving your entire shift
Climbing ladders and accessing all store areas
